We have successfully produced intermediates to stock medicines such as calcium hypophosphite & magnesium hypophosphite . Today we are are proud to say that the company regularly exports about 70 to 100 mt of the products to germany, australia, new zealand and usa.

The company possesses all the standerd manufacturing equipment's such as reactors, evaporators, pumps, storage, pressure filters made from ss 316 l to ensure to keep away any metal contamination .

The company has special independent storage facility for raw material and finish product to ensure any contamination during storage and ensures the storage of vital raw material of yellow phosphorous for smooth uninterrupted production.

Inependent d.m. Water plant of 15000 ltrs, per day to ensure constant pure d.m. Water supply to hypo plant. This minimizes the level of sulphate & chloride in finish product much lower than the level specified in standard specification. Company also has incorporated certain instruments to control microbial impurities such as salmonella, e-coli, fungus and pyrogen. We are proud to say that our products are free from said microbial impurity.

Company has adapted the unique method of using various kinds of cartridges specially imported from usfilter usa at different laval of filtration. Type used are cellulose polyester sediment cartridge, resin-bonded cellulose sediment filter cartridge, powdered activated carbon briquette taste/odor/sediment filter cartridge having micron rating from 0.2 micron to 5 micron for absolute filtration to final product. The cartridges are regularly inspected/replaced time to time for their peak performance during the manufacturing process.

The company has well established analytical laboratory having all basic instruments to thoroughly test the final product accurately. Also have employed qualified and experienced technical staff approved by FDA of India for manufacturing section as well as analytical section to ensure day to day quality testing of final product. Also regularly invite professional analytical persona from reputed laboratory from mumbai to educate the technical staff for the standardization of testing method as well as new modification and concepts to maintain the quality testing and recording.
