The Company has scrapped 33 ships out of which 5 are ULCC & 5 are VLCC ships. In 2000 company has scrapped one of the biggest vessels to be beached in India, approx. 52,000 tons LDT, and that too in a record time of just under 4 months. Also the vessel was a laid-up vessel. This has been made possible only because of good planning, excellent infrastructure, and dedicated, skilled workforce.
